Exchanges Only Policy
Since we are a small store with one-of-a-kind items, we only do exchanges for another item in the store or a store credit for 1 month. We do not credit your credit card or do refunds nor do cancellations. That is why is says "Make your selection carefully, check the measurements and read the policies. Our exchange policy states that Midnight Glamour must be notified within 24 hours of receiving your order that you would like to make an exchange for a store credit or exchange for another item. You must first contact Midnight Glamour and get an authorization to do so before an exchange will be valid. The return must be postmarked and returned within 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We do inspect all items upon their return. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your exchange, we require a tracking number. If we do not receive that, we will not accept the exchange.
Exchanges -
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange and the item must be in the same good condition as when sent and not worn when received. If you are approved, then your store credit will be good for 30 days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs & insurance for returning your item. If an item is not insured and it is lost in the mail, it is your responsibility and not Midnight Glamour's. Shipping costs either way are non-refundable. The cost of any shipping and insurance paid by Midnight Glamour or if you received free shipping will be deducted from your store credit.
All exchange items should be mailed back priority mail with tracking and full insurance; otherwise, it is not our responsibility if it does not reach us.
