EXCHANGE POLICY
IF A CANCELATION IS REQUESTED AFTER PLACING THE ORDER AND MIDNIGHT GLAMOUR AGREES TO DO IT, THE BUYER WILL HAVE TO PAY THE CREDIT CARD FEE ASSOCIATED WITH WHAT THEY PURCHASED AS THAT IS A NON-REFUNDABLE FEE BY SHOPIFY AND NOT BY MIDNIGHT GLAMOUR. SHOPIFY CHARGES THE SELLER IMMEDIATELY AND SINCE IT WAS NOT THE DOING OF THE STORE, THE SELLER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR IT - THE PERSON CANCELING THE ORDER IS.
We hope you enjoy what you purchased but we know sometimes things do not fit quite as you would like or the color is wrong. Since the items are one-of-kind hand selected vintage items, please note that all sales are final. We do allow one exchange or a store credit on any item that you want less all shipping charges that you paid or that Midnight Glamour paid on your behalf. There are about 3,000 items in the store and more are being added all the time so there is a large selection to choose from.
We do not charge a restocking fee for 1 item; however, for multiple items, there will be a restocking charge of 25% on each item and/or a limit to how many items can be returned for a credit. Please contact us within 24 hours if you feel you need to return the item for a store credit so I can give you the return information. You are responsible for the shipping the item back to Midnight Glamour as well as paying for the postage on the new item. Because we are a small business, we do not refund back to credit cards - only a store credit.
International customer have 14 days to contact Midnight Glamour about returning an item if they should want to. International customers may have to pay additional customs and import taxes and there maybe unforeseen customs delays. The seller is not responsible for these delays nor for the custom charges as that is the international customer's obligation when purchasing an item outside your country.
