*VINTAGE JENELLE LACE & SATIN DOUBLE NYLON BRIDAL TROUSSEAU PEIGNOIR & NIGHTGOWN SET IN POODLE PINK

You’ll look like a fairy princess in this gorgeous vintage peignoir & nightgown set by jenelle in poodle pink

The bodice on the peignoir has ivory lace over a heavy pink satin lining both front & back accented with pink satin covered buttons & snaps underneath for easy closure - small mandarin collar - voluminous puffy baby doll sleeves on the peignoir with more lace & satin adorning the ends of the sleeves - 2 layers of full luscious sheer nylon on the peignoir - the back of the peignoir is beautiful but unique as well with the entire back in pink satin covered with floral lace

The matching nightgown is absolutely lovely with an off the shoulder look with cap sleeves - there are curved inserts of pink satin with a lace overlay on the shoulders - cross over bodice with a lace applique - with 2 layers of sheer nylon on the skirt - low scoop back on the gown with thin elastic for a good fit
The set looks as though it has never been worn & if it has, it was very seldom as the cardboard tags are crisp & clear - just a gorgeous fairy princess fluffy bridal trousseau peignoir & nightgown set

Size: petite & will fit a size small as well but go by the measurements for a good fit

Bust: hard to measure because the sleeves are cut low into the bodice so much but appx 34 - 37
Waist: with the peignoir closed & snapped 31” - if left open, much larger

Bust: 35 - 37 stretched tight
Armholes all the way around: 13”
Length: 47-1/4
Fabric: nylon
Care: i would hand wash drip dry
Condition: very good - some very tiny light double pinhead spots on the inside lining which will probably come out with a wash - i didn't want to try as i was afraid if i just spot cleaned it, i would make a water mark on the satin but if the entire peignoir is soaked, it should come out

Care Instructions

We examine each item carefully and note any imperfections, but unless an item is said to be new, please don't expect it to be perfect & even some new items have small imperfections. I will always state in the description if there are any imperfections & I never do repairs but leave them to others who are better able to do them than me as that is not my expertise.

Please remember that unless specified all items have been used and will show varying signs of use or wear. We always list the obvious imperfections to the best of our abilities. However, some slight imperfections that will not show or affect wearing or using the item may slip by or not be considered worth mentioning.

Vintage nightgowns & peignoirs may be delicate so I do not wash them in the machine. I wash them in lukewarm water with Woolite or some other mild soap, then rinse & hang dripping wet in the shower.

Since these are vintage items, a bit of extra care needs to be taken with them so they remain beautiful & I definitely would never put a vintage nightgown or a peignoir in the dryer as it would ruin it.

The items are sold as we find them. We do not dry clean, launder, alter or repair vintage clothing and they should be cleaned or washed upon arrival. Please make your selection carefully & check the measurements as there is no return on clothing or other items.
