BEAUTIFUL VINTAGE LACE TRIMMED CRINOLINE IN ANGEL WHITE VINTAGE HALF SLIP NEEDS WORK VINTAGE WHITE SLIP LACE

NOTE:  THIS CRINOLINE NEEDS SOME WORK AND IS BEING SOLD AT A LOWER PRICE BECAUSE OF REPAIRS TO THE WAISTLINE WHICH NEED TO BE DONE. NORMALLY, I WILL NOT SELL SOMETHING THAT NEEDS WORK UNLESS IT IS VERY MINOR.  HOWEVER THIS CRINOLINE IS TOO PRETTY NOT TO HAVE SOMEONE FIX THE WAIST AND BE ABLE TO WEAR IT.

This vintage full circle nylon grand sweep crinoline is in shade of Angel White. 

3 very full layers of gathered fabric on the crinoline with a ruffly tier on each of the 2 net layers under the lace top.  All the lace and netting are very soft and not the scratchy type that one sees so often.  

This crinoline will give a bit of a poof to a vintage dress which is all one needs a lot of the time.

It is so full with both layers, it would have taken me too long to measure it but it is extremely full.  Very soft so no scratching one's legs.
  
WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE:  
The former owner took up bits of the waist in various places on the waistline and tacked them over each other to make it smaller for her.  Because of that, there is no stretch to the waist.  What need to be done which can be done if you are a seamstress or have a cleaners do it, is take off the old elastic around the waist which she overlapped and sewed in many places and have them put new elastic in the waist so you will have stretch in it again.

Waist: RIGHT NOW THE UNSTRETCHABLE WAIST MEASURES 30" with no give and you will need the "give" from the elastic to get it over your  head or hips when putting it on

Care Instructions

We examine each item carefully and note any imperfections, but unless an item is said to be new, please don't expect it to be perfect & even some new items have small imperfections. I will always state in the description if there are any imperfections & I never do repairs but leave them to others who are better able to do them than me as that is not my expertise.

Please remember that unless specified all items have been used and will show varying signs of use or wear. We always list the obvious imperfections to the best of our abilities. However, some slight imperfections that will not show or affect wearing or using the item may slip by or not be considered worth mentioning.

Vintage nightgowns & peignoirs may be delicate so I do not wash them in the machine. I wash them in lukewarm water with Woolite or some other mild soap, then rinse & hang dripping wet in the shower.

Since these are vintage items, a bit of extra care needs to be taken with them so they remain beautiful & I definitely would never put a vintage nightgown or a peignoir in the dryer as it would ruin it.

The items are sold as we find them. We do not dry clean, launder, alter or repair vintage clothing and they should be cleaned or washed upon arrival. Please make your selection carefully & check the measurements as there is no return on clothing or other items.
