VINTAGE '60s / '70s NEW VERA NEUMANN LADYBUG LOGO LINEN PLACEMAT & NAPKIN SET - NEW OLD STOCK

A lovely vintage '60s / '70s NEW old stock Vera Neumann linen placemat and napkin set.

The set has never been used and it is in excellent condition. Very crisp linen - probably Belgium linen - as that is what a lot of her sets were made out of. The set came in a box wrapped in cellophane but over time the box & wrapping fell apart but the set looks wonderful. I have stored the set well and the fabric is still crisp & fresh.

The well known logo of Vera was the cute little ladybug in the corner of her scarves and linens and all the napkins have the logo as well as the Vera name & "registered" symbol in the corner of the napkins. The placemats although original to the set are not marked but they all came together as I have had this set for decades now.

The placemats are 12" X 17-1/2" and the napkins are 16" X 16-1/4.

The colors are fresh and summery and would be beautiful for a summer luncheon, a dinner when entertaining or for a colorful dinner with the family.
