VINTAGE CAST IRON BUNNY RABBIT WITH FLOWERS DOOR STOPPER
I found this adorable vintage cast iron door stopper at what has been advertised as "The Largest Antique Mall in the World in Monroe, Georgia". There is 100,000 square feet of antiques and wonderful vintage items at The Walton Mill which used to be an old 1900 cotton mill which still have the original maple floors. I love going there not only because of the history of it but because I always find such beautiful and unique items.
The adorable bunny is just the cutest little thing and will be perfect for keeping a pesky door open when you need it.
It measures 11-1/4" high to the top of the bunny's ear and 7" across at the bottom. Quite a bit of weight to the door stop. There is some wear to the rabbit's off white fur as some of the paint has come off due to time but that just adds more delightfulness to the vintage door stop. It could be touched up easily but I would leave it as it is since it is vintage.
Colorful bold flowers on the green grass beneath the rabbit's feet which sits on top of a fancy pedestal in black and gold fleur de lis like decorative design.
Just adorable and it will add so much charm to a room on a shelf or to your entry way!
