I have always loved any nightgown or dressing gown designed by Donna Richard. They are always a unique style and always glamorous. The nightgown is in a luscious shade called Powder Puff Pink and is so glamorous and feminine.

This lovely Victorian look nightgown is in a heavy slippery smooth gleaming satin with a soft brushed flannel-like interior so it would be nice for cool weather. The fabric drapes beautifully because of the weight and the skirt is full. The detailing is one that is never seen nowadays on either nightgowns nor robes because manufacturers will not spend the money to do so.

The wide sheer embroidered lace trimmed ruffle is scalloped and extends from the bodice front to the shoulder area. The neckline is trimmed with miniature lace as well as the opening in front which has a small rounded pearl button and loop for closure. Donna Richard is known for her gorgeous fabric rose embellished nightwear and this lovely gown has one on the bodice as well. Long satin sleeves with a wide embroidered scallop on the end. The heavy creamy satin in the nightgown is very lush and will feel wonderful next to one's skin.

An exceptionally glamorous Victorian look satin nightgown by Donna Richard which will keep you warm while looking gorgeous!

Appx. Measurements
By:  Donna Richard
Size:  Medium & will probably fit other sizes but go by the measurements for a good fit

Approximate Measurements – This means the measurements of the item listed – not of your own figure.  You must be a few inches smaller than the measurements shown.
Bust:  40
Shoulder to shoulder: Cannot measure because of the way the sleeve were set in
Sleeve from neck: 28
Length:  54 - 55
Fabric: Poly & Cotton
Care:  Washable
Condition:  Very good - some light pilling on the flannel on the interior of the robe but no one will see that - some light 1 thread horizontal runs that satin gets on the front bodice and skirt but you will not see them unless closely examining the gown like I was doing because the folds hide them and they are light.

Care Instructions

We examine each item carefully and note any imperfections, but unless an item is said to be new, please don't expect it to be perfect & even some new items have small imperfections. I will always state in the description if there are any imperfections & I never do repairs but leave them to others who are better able to do them than me as that is not my expertise.

Please remember that unless specified all items have been used and will show varying signs of use or wear. We always list the obvious imperfections to the best of our abilities. However, some slight imperfections that will not show or affect wearing or using the item may slip by or not be considered worth mentioning. Vintage nightgowns & peignoirs may be delicate so I do not wash them in the machine. I wash them in lukewarm water with Woolite or some other mild soap, then rinse & hang dripping wet in the shower. Since these are vintage items, a bit of extra care needs to be taken with them so they remain beautiful & I definitely would never put a vintage nightgown or a peignoir in the dryer as it would ruin it. The items are sold as we find them. We do not dry clean, launder, alter or repair vintage clothing and they should be cleaned or washed upon arrival. Please make your selection carefully & check the measurements as there is no return on clothing or other items.
