I found this gorgeous vintage goddess Nite Moves evening gown in a luscious shade of Tangerine in an antique store in Madison, GA a few months ago. I knew when I saw it that I just had to have it as it is really beautiful!

It was hard to photograph the color of the evening gown and it is much, much prettier than the photos show in a tangerine coral shade.

I just don't know where to start with this evening gown as there are so many unique and outstanding features about it. It has a beautiful pleated bodice and back, a one shoulder strap encrusted with multi-faceted sparkling "jewels" which gives the appearance of going under part of the bodice and reappearing at the waist and around to the side and part of the back, a scarf which is attached to the jeweled strap in back and can be worn several ways such as over the bodice in front, hanging from one side, wrapped around one's neck or floating in back from one shoulder. 

There is a strap which goes across the back which fastens with 2 hooks and eyes onto the jeweled strap. The evening gown is completely lined both the skirt and the bodice which has a built-in bra with stays to help keep it up and smooth looking. There is a back invisible zipper in the dress and a grand sweep full sheer lined skirt with lots of fullness. 

The "jewels" decorating this evening gown are fabulous with some being tangerine, silver and aurora borealis which shoot off colors of emerald, red, blue, pink and many others surrounded by a silver thread which outlines all of them.

If this movie star looking evening gown were my size, I would have kept it for sure as it is so gorgeous and unique! Just an absolutely stunning vintage goddess one-shoulder jeweled evening gown in Tangerine which would be perfect for any formal affair, a cruise or a special occasion. All eyes will be on you when you enter or leave the room in the fabulous goddess evening gown!

Approximate Measurements – This means the measurements of the item listed – not of your own figure.  You must be a few inches smaller than the measurements shown.
Size: 6 and it fit my size 6 model so go by the measurements for a good fit.  This is for a small person and will not fit any measurements larger than shown below as it fit my model perfectly.

Bust: 34.2
Waist: 25 stretched tight
Hips:  35.7
Length from underarm:  46 - 47
Fabric: 100% Poly with a silky lining
Care: Dry clean
Condition: Good with the exception of a couple of holes around the hemline which happens a lot when a heel is caught in the hem but no one will see it down that far and the start of one on the back about 8-1/2" down from the waist which falls into the folds - they can be pulled together with some stitches but there is a tangerine lining under the top layer so they are not that noticeable when the dress is on - a number of runs some in the front and some in the back some shown in the last couple of photos but to be perfectly honest, with the color and jewels on this dress and at night, no one is going to be looking at the runs. A couple of photos show the type of runs and holes in the skirt.  I would wear this dress in a heartbeat if I could once again get into a size 6 dress!

Care Instructions

We examine each item carefully and note any imperfections, but unless an item is said to be new, please don't expect it to be perfect & even some new items have small imperfections. I will always state in the description if there are any imperfections & I never do repairs but leave them to others who are better able to do them than me as that is not my expertise.

Please remember that unless specified all items have been used and will show varying signs of use or wear. We always list the obvious imperfections to the best of our abilities. However, some slight imperfections that will not show or affect wearing or using the item may slip by or not be considered worth mentioning.

Vintage nightgowns & peignoirs may be delicate so I do not wash them in the machine. I wash them in lukewarm water with Woolite or some other mild soap, then rinse & hang dripping wet in the shower.

Since these are vintage items, a bit of extra care needs to be taken with them so they remain beautiful & I definitely would never put a vintage nightgown or a peignoir in the dryer as it would ruin it.

The items are sold as we find them. We do not dry clean, launder, alter or repair vintage clothing and they should be cleaned or washed upon arrival. Please make your selection carefully & check the measurements. We hope you enjoy what you purchased but we know sometimes things do not fit quite as you would like or the color is wrong.  In that case, we do allow one exchange or a store credit on any item that you want. There are about 2,000 items in the store and more are being added all the time so you have a large selection to choose from.

You must email before returning an item so I can give you the information that you need to exchange the item.

International customer have 14 days to contact Midnight Glamour about returning an item if they should want to.  International customers may have to pay be additional customs and import taxes and there maybe unforeseen customs delays.
