A beautiful light as a cloud sequin cocktail party dress by Marni from Neiman Marcus Made in Italy.

The dresses by Marni Made in Italy on their website range from approximately $1200 - $2650.

This lovely dress is in a semi-sheer 100% Cotton fabric which is as delicate and light as an angel's wing.  Perfect for a summer affair when you want a dress that is cool and lightweight.

The colors are beautiful in the dress.  Shades of pink and magenta flowers on an off white background cover the dress.  The dress is heavily sprinkled and clustered with sparkling multi-sized silver sequins below the hip line.  Unique sleeves with a soft barely there pleated look with an extra wide nearly 6" flounce on the ends.  

Just a gorgeous party dress for all year round which would be great for a guest at a wedding, mother of the bride or groom, a cruise, evening out, vacation or any formal affair.

Size: The dress has a Neiman Marcus Size 10 tag on it but it is not a size 10.  On the inside of the dress, there is an Italian/European Size 44 tag and if you look at an Italian conversion size chart, it shows that it would be a Size Medium or Size 6 - 8 in a U.S. size but go by the measurements for a good fit.  My model is a Size 6 and it fit her well. 
I do not think that it would fit a size 8.

My Model is a Size 6 and her measurements are:  Bust 34.2   Waist: 25.2  Hips: 35.7

Condition: New with Tag From Neiman Marcus - some pulled threads which can be clipped off or pulled through to the inside of the dress from handling in the store - both sleeves have a seam coming unsewn a bit under the arms and one of the sleeves has a bit opening on top (shown in one of the photos) but there are double lines of stitching around the armholes so they have not opened up the seam completely - might be some runs but not pulls as this is a delicate fabric - easy fixes - store mark on label - although it sounds like a few imperfections, to look at the dress, one would not notice them - only noticeable under close examination - fabric is delicate so it would be best to remove jewelry before putting dress on - possibly some loose sequins

Care Instructions

We examine each item carefully and note any imperfections, but unless an item is said to be new, please don't expect it to be perfect & even some new items have small imperfections. I will always state in the description if there are any imperfections & I never do repairs but leave them to others who are better able to do them than me as that is not my expertise.

Please remember that unless specified all items have been used and will show varying signs of use or wear. We always list the obvious imperfections to the best of our abilities. However, some slight imperfections that will not show or affect wearing or using the item may slip by or not be considered worth mentioning.

Vintage nightgowns & peignoirs may be delicate so I do not wash them in the machine. I wash them in lukewarm water with Woolite or some other mild soap, then rinse & hang dripping wet in the shower.

Since these are vintage items, a bit of extra care needs to be taken with them so they remain beautiful & I definitely would never put a vintage nightgown or a peignoir in the dryer as it would ruin it.

The items are sold as we find them. We do not dry clean, launder, alter or repair vintage clothing and they should be cleaned or washed upon arrival. Please make your selection carefully & check the measurements as there is no return on clothing or other items.
