*VINTAGE VARLET DE LAGRANGE BLACK SATINY RHINESTONE BELT MADE IN PARIS, FRANCE

$ 69.99 $ 84.99

A black peau de soie belt adorned with rhinestones by Varlet de Lagrange Made in Paris, France.

There are three gold-tone metal squares with 4 rhinestones in each on the belt.  One in front and 1 on each side.

"Varlet de Lagrange Paris, Made in France" imprinted in gold on the back of the belt.  It also says "75" and is 32" from one end to the other not including the gold metal buckle and 1" wide . There are 3 eyelets in the belt to adjust it.  The belt is a smaller size as I wear a size 10 and it did not fit me.  Measure one your own belts and compare it with this one to make sure that it will fit.

One rhinestone has been replaced which I did not even notice until closely examining it and no one else will either.  If you did not like it since it is a bit smaller, it would be very easy to replace it.  Very thin pale whitish line on end of belt which is hard to see unless closely examining.  Might possibly come off but I didn't try.

All the belts by Varlet de Lagrange Made in France that I found on line said they were leather.It does not say on the back of this belt whether it is leather on the back or not but I suspect since all the other ones that I saw were, it is as well but am not 100% sure.

No one will see the back anyhow and it is a lovely black rhinestone belt that will go beautifully with a dress, skirt, jeans or slacks.

Care Instructions

We examine each item carefully and note any imperfections, but unless an item is said to be new, please don't expect it to be perfect & even some new items have small imperfections. I will always state in the description if there are any imperfections & I never do repairs but leave them to others who are better able to do them than me as that is not my expertise.

Please remember that unless specified all items have been used and will show varying signs of use or wear. We always list the obvious imperfections to the best of our abilities. However, some slight imperfections that will not show or affect wearing or using the item may slip by or not be considered worth mentioning.

Vintage nightgowns & peignoirs may be delicate so I do not wash them in the machine. I wash them in lukewarm water with Woolite or some other mild soap, then rinse & hang dripping wet in the shower.

Since these are vintage items, a bit of extra care needs to be taken with them so they remain beautiful & I definitely would never put a vintage nightgown or a peignoir in the dryer as it would ruin it.

The items are sold as we find them. We do not dry clean, launder, alter or repair vintage clothing and they should be cleaned or washed upon arrival. Please make your selection carefully & check the measurements as there is no return on clothing or other items.
